Meet the founder
The person behind Clarus CPA
Catherine Frasier brings over 25 years of experience across public and private accounting, with extensive private-accounting work in project-driven businesses across construction, engineering, and professional services, plus e-commerce as a second focus. Her background spans outsourced accounting, controller services, and fractional CFO/business advisory — the details and the bigger picture both.
Her own experience running an e-commerce business became one of Clarus’s core specialties, shaping how she supports founders on Amazon, Shopify, Faire, and other marketplaces.
Outside of work, Catherine spends time with family and friends, often outdoors hiking or chasing the next adventure with a camera in hand. She’s also an avid reader and collector of books. Curious what’s in her current rotation? Just ask. She loves a good book conversation.
